Eligibility:

This competition is open to any person resident in the United Kingdom. Free Spin Daily assumes that you are aged 18 or over or, if you are under 18, that your parents have consented to your entry into the competition and these rules.

To enter:

All valid email address entries will be entered into the prize draw. Multiple entries will be counted, up to a maximum count of 50 per day per email address. Entries are only valid for that month’s prize, you will need to enter again next month for the following draw. By entering the competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Free Spin Daily reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants. There is no purchase requirement to enter the competition.

Timing:

The closing date of each draw is listed on the competition page, directly under the entry wheel. Entries must be submitted no later than the closing date/time.

Use of data:

Any personal data which you provide when you enter this competition is governed by Free Spin Daily’s Privacy Policy.

The winner:

The winner will be determined by a random draw, made from all valid entries and will be notified within 28 days of the closing date of the competition. The draw will be conducted by Free Spin Daily. The winner will be notified by email. Free Spin Daily reserves the right to publish the initial and surname of the winning participant. If the prize winner has not responded within 7 days, that winner will forego the right to claim and the prize will be void.

Prize:

The prize is non-transferable. No cash alternatives available. The prize will be sent via the UK mail service (or email where appropriate) within 28 days of the winner being notified. We will not be liable for any prizes which are lost, delayed or damaged in the post for reasons beyond our reasonable control.

Minors:

If any prize winner is a child or young person (i.e. under the age of 18) we may request that the Terms and Conditions applicable to the competition be signed by the prize winner’s parent or legal guardian before the prize is awarded. Any such prize may, at our discretion be awarded to the prize winner’s parent or legal guardian.

Other:

No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this competition or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Free Spin Daily’s decision shall be final. Free Spin Daily reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this competition at any time without notice or in the unlikely event of unforeseen major catastrophe.

We exclude all liability whatsoever for any costs, expenses, losses, damages, liabilities, injury or disappointment including any loss of profit, business, contracts, revenues or anticipated savings suffered by you, howsoever arising in connection with the competition and/or prize.
